Aqua Aerobics is a non impact cardio & resistance based workout in the pool. No swimming skills needed but confidence in water is helpful. Regardless of your age, size, fitness levels, you can achieve results - improved flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. The brilliant thing is the resistance of the water works with you whilst cushioning the feet, knees, hips and back. Exercises are done to lively motivating music, it's effective, easy to follow and you'll have a blast (and maybe the odd sing a-long!)
