These categories help you to make choices that result in you being able to cross train - using several modes of training for a rounded level of fitness. By mixing up classes from different categories you can ensure you don't overload vulnerable areas of the body, you lose more weight, you improve overall fitness both heart & lungs, muscular strength & endurance and injury prevention ensuring flexibility, function & joint health. Plus, you never get bored!

 

Prepare to swing, squat, lunge, row, rack, windmill, snatch & clean!! Kettlebells is a long established form of momentum training involving the entire body. A one stop shop to improve your conditioning. If you are new to kettlebells we’ll coach you through this warrior strength workout.

KETTLEBELLS

 

A classic workout that focuses on the lower body. Defining your legs, toning your bum & shaping your core. You are sure to feel the burn & see the results!

LEGS BUMS TUMS

Come & get pumped in this Barbell weighted strength & endurance class. Work your whole body with constant repetitions challenging every muscle group for a lean strong frame. Leave feeling like the Power-House that you are!

POWER-HOUSE

Tone, trim & tighten from head to toe. Total Conditioning using a mixture of body weight, dumbbells, plates, resistance bands & resistance loops. Plus a splash of cardio energy blasts to burn those extra calories. This class hits those hard to reaches areas leaving you ready to take on anything!

TONE ZONE

A class of two halves combining pulling & pushing movements. This class uses the adaptive TRX suspension training system alongside the hugely versatile EQualiser Bars. Meaning you can work on power, agility, coordination, core stability & strength. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself at all times. Employ the force of gravity & train like a Navy Seal, with the usual twist of the Feelz Fit vibe!

Not to be mistaken for Boxfit. This class is punch & kick combos, combat style, set to banging tunes. Non contact, quick paced & fierce to get you fighting fit & stress free!

BOXBEAT

 

You won’t pull any punches in this class! A Boxercise class where you knock your body into shape (not each other!) using gloves, pads & heavy bags. You get to learn punching & kicking techniques, sweat it out, complete cardio blasts, release the tension & feel like a champ!

BOXFIT

 

We run, then we cross train, then we run, then we cross train! This is endurance & resistance training at its best. This class runs in zones & is great for hand eye coordination, stamina & strength conditioning. A unique format class that makes you a spartan & ready for anything.

CROSSBOX

 

This is an all out maximum capacity 100% effort through quick intense bursts of work followed by recovery. It's the Holy HIIT of exercise! You get your heart rate up & burn more fat in less time using every inch of you. It's quick & convenient, it increases your metabolism & you get to give it your all. No choreography just sheer grit & determination to get this done! #flzfittribe let's go!!

HIIT MAX

Aqua Aerobics in an exclusive private pool where the water is chest deep. No swimming skills needed but confidence in water is helpful. Regardless of your age, size, fitness levels, you can achieve results - improved flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. The brilliant thing is the resistance of the water works with you whilst cushioning the feet, knees, hips and back. Exercises are done to lively motivating music, it's effective, easy to follow and you'll have a blast (and maybe the odd sing a-long!)

The whole point of jumping on a trampoline is to have fun, it’s airtastic! There’s oodles of scientific research on the benefits including reducing cellulite. A low-impact, high energy workout which is easier on your joints, improves circulation, balance and coordination. Get results in less time and have an absolute blast feeling like a kid again!

THE JUMP

A Caribbean vibes class using Ragga music. A great way to let loose & keep your body in shape at the same time.

Raggamuffin music, usually abbreviated as Ragga, is a sub-genre of Dancehall music and/or Reggae, in which the instrumentation primarily consists of electronic music rather than a band. Similar to Hip Hop, sampling is prominent in Raggamuffin music & it’s got a harder edge to it. Right up Mr Fieldz’s street, come free up!!

Grab your drumsticks for a big beat full body workout. Rhythmic movements get the class literally drumming up a sweat as one tribe. You get interval training as well as getting down low & feeling the burn. Expect to make some serious noise to some serious tunes!

STIX

'Cos Friday night at the FLZ FIT Studio is the new weekend party starter! Not your average dance fitness class. Dancehall, RnB, Pop, Soca rhythms & more to inspire a body moving, sweat inducing whine & while out! We gonna make them jump, we gonna make them turn up, we gonna make them whine, we gonna make them free up. We break out, we let loose, we feel the vibes & we don't care who knows!!

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

ZUMBA

Low impact controlled exercises focus on the core to link breath, flow, concentration, strength & flexibility. Our classes are traditional mat based Pilates as Joseph Pilates himself intended it. Pilates should be practised by everyone & is meant to be challenging. It has a plethora of benefits including reducing back problems, restoring core control, improving sports performance, aiding postural related issues & managing long term pain conditions. All levels and all ages welcome.

PILATES

Bring some yin to your yang with this Re-Set & Recovery class. You will move through static & flowing stretches to ease the body & aid re-alignment. But, it won’t stop there. The class will end with a meditation to allow mental clarity, emotional calm & an overall stable state. Come for some true Mind Body you time.
